Requirements
– Exceptional problem-solving skills, including technical hands-on and analytical abilities.
– Strong communication abilities, both orally and in writing.
– Profound grasp of network and systems management technical foundations.
– Deep understanding of the business and operational implications of automation and operations centers.
– Solid knowledge of the market drivers and trends in network, systems, and operations management.
– Advanced skills in Linux/*NIX administration.
– Proficient in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows and *NIX).
– Adept at diagnosing network equipment issues.
– Comprehensive understanding of database functionality, operations, and architecture.
– Proven project management capabilities.
– Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive project visions with minimal oversight.
– Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
– 1-3 years of experience in a consulting role.
– 2-3 years of experience in operations, network, or systems management.
– 5-10 years of experience in technical support or technical consulting positions.
– Experience with deployment and support of standard network management tools.
– Experience in designing or implementing operations center workflows and procedures.
